At Med Spa Legal Solutions, we take the stress out of legal issues that may be inevitable and can occur and is why we provide aesthetic and integrative practitioners with the necessary training and support to navigate the legal system.    

We pride ourselves on providing personalized attention that is specific to the aesthetic industry, and are dedicated to educating estheticians, nurse and integrative practitioners, and laser clinicians in the Standard of Care "best practices" which is what malpractice cases are built upon. 

Standard of Care

The Standard of Care is a legal term which describes the level of care that a medical professional is expected to provide to a patient and is based on accepted practices within the industry.  Every clinician, medical professional, or healthcare provider are required to follow a "duty of care" to their client.    

The founder of Med Spa Legal Solutions is dedicated to helping estheticians and practice owners prevent injury to clients and protect themselves from malpractice litigation.   

With over sixteen years of experience working with attorneys as an aesthetic and laser expert, she has worked as an Expert Witness with injuries that have occurred in privately owned businesses and spas, as well as injuries that have occurred in medical spas or laser clinics.      

Her mission foremost is to protect business and practice owners, and the license of the esthetician by providing the education, guidance, and support that is needed to prevent injuries.  

As an Expert Witness, she is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for individual cases.
